Large TIMEX from 2014 with black dial, Skull with "AS."

Here is a kind of interesting TIMEX. I obtained it from someone in Hong Kong, and it has a logo that I have been having a hard time identifying. It's a skull with the letters AS over the frontal bone. Most representations of the "skull" will also include the mandible, but here it is missing.
The seller called it "PUNK ARMY QUARTZ MEN'S WATCH."

You can see the dial is relatively simple. Black background, white numerals and lettering, white dial marks and TIMEX, and the AS Skull. The hands are silvertone metal. Case has kind of a "smokey steel" color. Quartz movement, runs fine.
Blue Indiglo. There may be others, but unless I see evidence of it, I am assuming this model is the only TIMEX ever with a backlit glowing skull.
The strap it came with was black leather one-piece NATO type. It was in poor condition. It just happened that I had one that was very similar (better made, also TIMEX) and in almost new condition. I think it works out alright. You can see here the "smoky" nature of the case. Kind of like pewter.
The usual caseback stuff. The 05 tells us that it was made in May 2014.
Large TIMEX quartz with black dial, and a SKULL on the dial. Seller called it the PUNK ARMY. Obscure etiology. Maybe some Hong Kong market TIMEX? Maybe AS SKULL is a skateboard or biker brand that did a collaboration with TIMEX. For the moment, it's a mystery.
